VALERIE SELANDER VOISEY - Violin
After graduating with a Bachelor of Music in Performance from the University of
Toronto, Valerie Selander Voisey played principal second violin with the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra.
Continuing her musical studies in Canada and the USA, Valerie also studied baroque violin with the Tafelmusik Baroque Summer Institute. Her performances included the Kichener-Waterloo Symphony, Windsor Symphony, Talisker Orchestra of Toronto, Opera Ontario, Canadian Opera Company, "The Producers" and "Phantom of the Opera" appearing onstage with the orchestras of Luciano Pavarotti, Diana Krall, Leahy, and Frank Sinatra 1r. and the Toronto Symphony, as well as concertmaster of the Ottawa Valley Festival.
Locally, Valerie has performed with the Cellar Singers of Orillia, Huntsviille Festival of the Arts, and the Casino Rama Orchestra.
