The City of Barrie presents a spectacular choral event featuring The Huronia Symphony Orchestra onstage with King Edward Choir, Lyrica Chamber Choir, Bravado! Show Choir and local youth choir.

The Huronia Symphony returns with its highly popular Christmas variety show, including seasonal classics, familiar popular medleys, and all the fun of our sing-along Christmas carols.

Children’s Concert

The Symphony takes the audience, young and old, on an entertaining, narrated trip through the highlights of 250 years of orchestral music. Ask questions and visit with the musicians and their instruments up close during the show.

Mozart & LaMarre

7:30 p.m. at Collier Street United Church, Barrie
Janice LaMarre plays Stamitz Concerto for Viola The Huronia Symphony plays Mozart Symphony No. 40 With great pleasure we welcome our guest artist Ms. LaMarre back to her hometown of Barrie for a Saturday night concert of beautiful and dramatic music with the Symphony. Program includes Bach's Orchestral Suite No. 1 in C major and Haydn's Symphony No. 45, the "Farewell".

Grand Finale

3:30 p.m. at Collier Street United Church, Barrie
The HSO's season finale will feature our very talented Concertmaster, David McFadden, performing the Bruch Violin Concerto No. 1.
We'll also perform Brahms' Symphony No. 3.
Come and experience these lyrical & passionate works performed live at our final concert of the year.
